Refund policy

We offer no guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the efficacy of any skin care product, body treatment, or other beauty product or tool available for purchase on this website.  You are purchasing these products at your own risk, and we do not take responsibility for improper use, allergies, or any other type of reactions to any product.

If you have ordered the wrong product, you may return it, unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging within 14 business days of receipt for a product credit. Contact us at hello@plumspaaustin.com for return authorization. A $5.00 shipping and restocking fee will be charged on any returns. This fee may be taken out of any refunds due.

Opened skin care and beauty tools and products are non-refundable.  Wearables and other boutique goods must be in like-new condition with original packaging.

NOTE: IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER BUT IT IS STOLEN OR LOST, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. This includes situations such as:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Packages missing after delivery (lost or stolen after being delivered)

  • Packages delivered to mailrooms, parcel lockers, apartment offices, or shared delivery areas

If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your property and with neighbors/household members

  2. Contacting your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number

  3. Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable
