If you live in the Austin area and would like to pick up your order in person, you may choose that option upon check-out. Plum will contact you via text when your order is available to pick-up. This typically takes 24 hours from the time the order is placed, excluding holidays.
A flat rate of $5 will be charged for all orders from $1-89.
Free shipping on orders over $89 (not including tax).
We only ship to the United States and it's territories.
Plum uses the United States Postal Service and/or UPS to ship packages. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If a signature waiver is in place, Plum cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
You will be notified of the tracking number via email.
Returns
We offer no guarantee, expressed on implied, as to the efficacy of any skin care product, body treatment, or other beauty product available for purchase on this website. You are purchasing these products at your own risk and we do not take responsibility for improper use, allergies, or any other type of reactions to any product.
If you have ordered the wrong product, you may return it, unopened and in it's original packaging within 5 business days of receipt for a product credit. Contact us at info@plumnails.com for return authorization.
Opened skin care and beauty products are non-refundable. Wearables and other boutique good must be in like-new condition.
